Our 2020 card brings together spontaneity and graphic craftsmanship. Through this combination, we feel that a very special magic has emerged, and we hope you feel this too.

Hi everyone,

As we come up to the holiday season for 2020, I wanted to let you know a couple of things. First, I am very happy to be with Milestone and second, it has been great working together with you during my first two months.

Looking back on 2020, it has been a challenging year for everyone. Many of you quickly changed from working at the office, to working from home. During your workday, you had to look after your families, and you had to look after Milestone. That was not easy, and on top of that, we had to change the way we worked with our Partners. That was quite an achievement, take a moment to reflect on your work this year, you can be very proud of what you’ve done.

Together, your extraordinary effort made a difference and because of this, we were able to protect Milestone’s business during the year. I want you to know that it is noticed and very much appreciated.

When we get to the end of 2020, I want us all to take a well earned break and enjoy some special time with our friends and loved ones. Looking ahead, despite the challenges that COVID-19 may bring, I hope that 2021 will be a good year for you and your family, for society, and for Milestone.

Stay safe, and I look forward to seeing you next year when we come back rested and reinvigorated for a fantastic 2021

Each of our illustrators has their own personality and graphic style, which gives our team a wide range of creative expression.

We are a team of two experienced graphic designers, one creative assistant, and seven illustrators with disabilities. Quite a special magic happens when spontaneous graphic lines and design skills meet, and this is what makes Glad unique and very special. Our process

Discover Understand the fundamentals of the task and do the required research in order to come up with an initial strategy.

Plan Organize the collected data and define a hierarchy of priorities and content types. Create an architecture that reflects these structures.

Sketch Convey these initial ideas into drafts that show how the content could be displayed and start porting the core brand values into the digital space.

Prototype Translate the core concept into actual code in order to create an interactive prototype that can help identify possible pitfalls or additional requirements.
